HOME OWNERS:
If you are moving in for the first time, it is always great to have a fresh (and clean) start! With all the open houses and people that have been through the house, it’s good to have a clean before you move everything in. Also, one last thing you have to worry about.
On the other side, if you are looking to sell, a cleaning is a great way to help your house do well in open houses and photos. We are happy to do a one-time cleaning or as many times needed until your home is sold.
RENTERS:
When your deposit is on the line, the cost of cleaning is a small amount to ensure you get your money back. We provide a full top to bottom side to side cleaning to help get the home move-in ready for the next tenant

Expectations
Equipment & Supply

In order to best service our clients, we do ask for the property to be Move Out/In clean "Ready" prior to our arrival

-Empty all cupboards and drawers

-Set the home to a comfortable temperature to work in

-Ensure there will be electricity and running water on the property

-All sinks are unclogged and draining properly

-Notify us prior to our arrival of any appliances not working

-Have as little foot traffic come through areas we will work in

-All furniture, trash etc removed from property (Unless "Trash Out" fees arranged in advance

-Empty refrigerator/appliances

Prior to your cleaning we will determine what products & equipment your have on site. We have the professional supplies available if needed. Using the proper equipment and supplies helps ensure your home is left shiny and clean!
