Yes, we do clean offices and buildings. While we services hundreds of homes throughout the Valley, we do offer office and business cleaning services.
Zaniya Pro Clean is registered in System for Award Management (SAM) allowing us to do commercial contracts with Federal, State, Tribal, and local government entities.
For homes, simply book a cleaning online. For offices and large buildings contact us for a walk through and a quote. When we arrive to do your consultation we will give you a fair price based on the size and condition of the facility.

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard and Zaniya Pro Clean is committed to upholding that standard. That is why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services.We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home. We also recommend a deep clean of your home every 6-9 months for proper maintenance as buildup does occur over time.
No. Our cleaners work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday through Friday.
Most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our insured housecleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or garage code.
While we cannot give an exact time of arrival (because we give every home the attention it deserves and requires), we do offer arrival windows for your convenience.
Prior to a professional arriving to complete a cleaning, a professional will note your preferences, so that our services are minimally disruptive to you.

We want to make sure that all your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you.
However, we are happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, windows, refrigerator, dishes, oven, refrigerator, baseboards, and bookshelves upon request.
