- Spot clean horizontal surfaces for removal of spillage, marks, and water rings.
- Dust all cleared surfaces of desks, file cabinets, and other flat surfaces
- Empty all trash and recycling receptacles and remove them to a collection point.
- Replace liners as necessary.
- Spot clean fingerprints and smudges from entrance glass and doors.
- Spot sweep and spot mop all hard surface floors.
- Spot vacuum all carpeted area walkways.
- Wipe clean spillage marks on coffee dispensers/coffee makers.
- Spot clean cabinets in lunchroom or break area
- Sanitize & polish sink in the lunchroom or break area.
- Sanitize counters in the lunchroom area
- Clean and sanitize water coolers, fountains or water dispensers.
- Wipe clean outside of the microwave.
- Wipe clean spots front outside of the refrigerator.
- Clean tracks in elevators
- Wipe clean brightwork (stainless) in elevators
- Empty cigarette urns and wipe clean
- Report all maintenance issues in the Client Satisfaction Log.
- Empty sanitary napkin receptacle and spray with a disinfectant.
- Disinfect door handles
- Disinfect light switches.
- Disinfect partition and handles.
- Disinfect entrance door handles.
- Clean all dispensers.
- Clean all mirrors.
- Clean all the fixtures.
- Clean and disinfect sinks.
- Clean and disinfect toilets and toilet seats
- Clean and disinfect urinals.
- Spot clean walls and partitions to remove smudges and marks.
- Restock all paper products and hand soap.
- Take inventory and notify the client of shortages of paper products and hand soap.
- Sweep and mop the floor with disinfectant.
- Report any maintenance issues to facilities director (leaky faucets, toilets etc)
- Dust all horizontal surfaces of office furniture, including desks, computer monitors, tables, file cabinets, windowsills, and wall hangings.
- Disinfect all telephone receivers and dust the bases.
- Sweep and mop all accessible hard surface floors from edge to edge.
- Vacuum accessible carpeted areas from edge to edge.
- Spot sweep stairwells and remove webs
- Thoroughly dust or polish all vertical surfaces of office furniture, including desks, tables, chairs, file cabinets, credenzas, bookcases, etc.
- Dust all blinds and window sills.
- Vacuum upholstered furniture.
- Clean outside of the refrigerator (inside is available for an additional charge)
- Clean inside and outside of the microwave.
- High dusting of air vents, tops of doors, door frames, ceiling corners, and edges, etc using HEPA vacuum. Up to 9’ in height.
- Dust all accessible baseboards in cleanable areas.
